RSVPify Administrator & Design Credit Bundle
Letter Art offers an RSVPify Administrator Package that includes:
Help signing up
- Let’s do a Zoom so I can walk you through signing up – it’s not intuitive
Initial Setup of the event, including:
- Fonts
- Colors
- Upload your vector or high resolution logo
- Style
- Text
- Event info
- Upload guest data (from a Letter Art provided Google Sheet template)
- Send email invite to guests
- Send reminder to RSVP email to guests
- Send event reminder to attendees
- One download of guest response data and interpretation of it
- One re-upload/override of guest data
Instructions
- How to add guests & send them invite email
- How to reply for guests
- How to access guest responses
- How to see which emails bounced (were not delivered), were opened, were sent but not opened
- How to edit a guest’s email address, tags, etc.
Important Note: this package does NOT include any RSVPify fees, you need to sign up and pay for that service separately
Add Ons & Other A La Carte Items
- Save the date email, $50 for one, $75 for two
- Logo design, $125
- Any additional group email to guests, $50 each
- Send additional email invites to individuals after initial batch, $5 each ($15 minimum)
- Download guest response data, $35 after 1st complimentary download
- Re-upload/override guest data, $35 after 1st complimentary re-upload
- Create second RSVPify event website with alternate details for a subgroup of guests, $100
- In lieu of full package: $100/hour to consult on RSVPify setup (1 hour minimum and $25 for each additional 15 minutes)
RSVPify Administrator Package Pricing
- Project Minimum: A $1,500 (plus applicable sales tax) project minimum is now required and charged upfront at the time of booking the RSVPify Administrator Package.
- What’s Included: This $1,500 secures the date and includes the $600 RSVPify Administrator fee. (Note: the fee charged by RSVPify for use of their product is not included.)
- Letter Art Credit: The remaining $900 serves as a credit the client can apply toward any of my bespoke* Letter Art products, including custom logo design, RSVPify add-ons, and paper goods such as save-the-dates, invitations, ceremony programs, seating charts, or hospitality letters. This credit must be utilized by the day of the event and is non-refundable.
I’ve found that the best results happen when I can oversee the design from start to finish. This allows me to dedicate more resources to each project and ensures the client’s aesthetic is perfectly consistent across every product I create. With this minimum, I’m able to focus on clients who want a fully integrated look, ensuring that everything is visually seamless and meets Letter Art’s high standards.
*This does not include semi-custom products from the Note Nook or the Invite Shop.
